46.04.01 History. The direction (profile) "Domestic History" prepares broad-profile specialists for nationally-oriented political, ideological, and administrative activities in studying Russia's past, forming skills in archival work, source studies, and analytical activities.
What do graduates do?
Graduates work as museum employees and experts in the field of cultural heritage, archives, museums, and cultural institutions, in expert-analytical centers, in the media, government bodies and local self-government, in tourist-excursion organizations. Professions: Scientist-historian/Researcher. Archivist in public and private archives. Museum worker/Guide. Political Scientist/Expert. Cultural Heritage Specialist.
