About the training program
The organization of work with youth prepares specialists who form youth policy, promote the socialization, development, and self-realization of youth. Students study pedagogy, psychology, sociology, and law, learn to develop projects, organize events, conduct negotiations, and work with subcultures.
What do graduates do?
Graduates work in State and municipal authorities (youth affairs departments), youth and adolescent centers, educational and public organizations, charitable foundations, employment assistance centers, and social protection. Professions: Youth Work Specialist Youth Project/Community Project Manager Leisure Organizer Curator of Youth Subcultures and Movements Youth Social Work Specialist Youth Work Methodologist Head of a Youth Center or Patriotic Education Center.
