44.04.01 Pedagogical Education. The direction (profile) "Management of Educational Activities in an Educational Organization" prepares leaders and specialists capable of designing educational systems, organizing work with students, and managing the educational environment.

Graduates are in demand in general educational institutions, secondary vocational education institutions, additional education organizations for children and adults, education management bodies (departments, education departments), youth policy and educational work centers. Professions: Deputy Director for Educational Work/Social and Educational Work. Advisor to the director for upbringing and interaction with children's public associations. Teacher-organizer / Teacher-social educator. Head of a structural unit (center, studio, department) of educational orientation. Methodologist for educational work.
