About the training program
The specialty 45.03.02 "Linguistics" prepares experts in intercultural communication, translation, and language technologies. Students thoroughly study at least two foreign languages, the theory of linguistics, as well as methods of automated text processing, master skills in oral/written translation and computer linguistics.

Graduates are in demand in fields where professional work with information, language mediation, and intercultural interaction are required. Professions: Translator in international companies, translation agencies, government institutions, embassies. Linguistic analyst in IT companies (development of search engines, voice assistants, machine learning systems). Teacher/Tutor of foreign languages and linguistics. International relations specialist in advertising agencies and major brands. Copywriter/Editor in publishing, media, and gaming.
