43.03.03 Hospitality. The direction (profile) "Hospitality and Restaurant Service" prepares bachelors for managing hotels, restaurants, and other enterprises in the hospitality industry. Students study service organization, service standards, marketing, economics, and personnel management, gaining skills to ensure high-quality guest service, as well as the application of modern IT technologies for booking and managing the room stock and restaurant business.
