About the training program
35.03.07 Technology of production and processing of agricultural products. The direction (profile) "Organization of quality control of agricultural raw materials and products of their processing" prepares specialists managing the full cycle: from cultivation to production of safe food products. Students study methods and methods of assessing the quality of agricultural raw materials and products of their processing, microbiology, storage and processing technologies, as well as standardization, learn to determine the economic efficiency of agricultural production and organize production of different types.
