The direction (profile) "Production Technology of the Hospitality and Restaurant Service Industry" is a bachelor's program that trains specialists in the creation, quality control, and organization of culinary production in restaurants, hotels, and catering. Students learn to develop menus, manage technological processes, ensure food safety and restaurant service.
